Technical Partners
Gemi is open to collaboration with Technical Partners with comprehensive experience in the development and management of cGMP complaint facilities that meet the most stringent international standards including WHO (Geneva), US FDA, UK-MHRA, SA-MCC, ISO:9001:2000 & ISO:14001:2004. The Technical Partners will provide all the technical expertise for this project including transfer of formulation technology & expertise, project development/ management from conceptual planning, execution and operation; plant and systems (production, quality assurance and control) set up, qualifications, validation & commissioning, personnel training, and logistical & operational management. The partners will also provide all personnel training, first at their facilities, and then on-site, once the facilities are complete.

  • Primary Partner;
    The ideal Primary Partner is a vertically integrated and innovative generic pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, as well as the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates and other raw materials, in addition to a substantial portfolio of finished formulations in several forms including Tablets, Capsules (plain & sustain release), Soft and hard Gelatin, Syrups and other Liquid Orals, Small & Large Volume Parenterals, Dry Powder and other Injectables, Pre-filled Syringes, Nose, Eye and Ear Drops.
  • Product Dossiers:
    Gemi is looking for product dossiers for a variety of finished formulations to cover a wide spectrum of therapeutic groups including anti-infectives, analgesics (pain relievers), anti-allergic agents, anti-Inflammatory agents, anticonvulsants, antidepressants, antihistamines, antihypertensive agents, antirheumatic agents, benzodiazepines, cardiovascular agents, central nervous system (stimulants), diabetes management, erectile dysfunction, gastrointestinal agents, migraine, muscle relaxants, obesity / weight control, psychotherapeutic agents, respiratory agents and sedatives, and many more.
